I am trying to create a manufacturing database. I want to use the database
for quoting purposes. I have created a master table, assembly table and a
BOM table. I want to be able to type in a part number that is in the
"PartNumber" field of my master table into a "Quote" form and have it
automatically pull the Part Description from the master table that matches
the part number I typed. How do I do that

It seems that a dlookup might work, added in to your after update event of
the Part Number field. If you need help with this function, see

Set the value of the dlookup return to the Part Description field.
