Micro soft Excel 97 will not open

I try to open my Microsoft Excel 97, It acts like it is trying to open, but then I get an error message and it closes. Do you know solution to this problem
 
Anything else happening.
I would try opening without macros, it that doesn't work try opening
in safe mode. Hope your file is not on removable media.

I f that helps then you possibly have an Auto_Open macro or
a Workbook Event macro in ThisWorkBook that is doing you in.

Did you recently start using a new addin, you might want to
start up in Safe Mode
