MFC70.DLL

When I start my laptop, a box comes up stating "This
application has failed to start because MFC70.DLL was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem." I did download from online, but that message
still keeps coming up. What do I do to get rid of it????
 
contact the app vendor, you need that dll, it is a mfc dll.The application
didn't ship that dll.
