frsk.exe failure

Hello everyone,

After starting up windows XP I get the follwing message:
frsk.exe failed to start because MFC70.DLL was not found.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

frsk.exe is spyware, so it's a good thing that it's not starting. Might be
easiest to run some spyware-removal software and clean the bugs out.
