mfc70 dll not found

MY PC KEEPS TELLING ME THAT MFC70 DLL CAN NOT BE FOUND. I
CAN NOT LOGIN TO GAME SITE THAT I PLAY ONLINE BECAUSE OF
THIS. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME. I'M NOT GOOD WITH COMPUTERS
THIS IS MY FIRST ONE. AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK ANY OF
THIS. I DO BELIEVE THAT THE PERSON I HAD TO UPGRADE MY PC
DID NOT LEAVE ME A BACK UP DISC.

Google lists more than 1500 hits for MFC70.dll. By the way,
writing messages all in capitals is called "shouting", and
is not appreciated by respondents, for obvious reasons.

After you've downloaded the file, ask a friend to place
it into c:\winnt\system32.
