error message mfc70.dll

I keep getting this message "This application has failed
to start because MFC70.DLL was not found. Re-installing
the application may fix this problem." How do I know
what I need to re-install? I can't remember installing
anything to cause this error

Which program gives that error? Once you detect the app, reinstall it.
