MetaPad command line parameters

I couldn't find it in documentation, so I think you guys may like to
know that you can see a description of the available command line
parameters by typing the following at the command line:

metapad /?

Of note is that you can use MetaPad with a file searching program that
displays the contents of text containing files (files containing text
that you specify), and will launch an external editor to the line
number and column of the search results you want to modify. There are
also other parameters you can read about... here is a preview:

metapad [/v | /s][/p | /g row:col | /e] [filename]

Thanks! I love my MetaPad!

There are also freeware addons like ZPad & MetaPath that can help
extend MetaPad's functionality. Tho I think the former is just an
association thingie.

MetaPath here:
http://www.flos-freeware.ch
" Initially created as an Explorer-like add-on for metapad, the latest
version of metapath is a universal file browser plugin. It can open
your files in an existing window of any application you like! And of
course it works perfectly with Notepad2!

" To use metapath, you have to setup a target application, which will
be activated each time you open a file in metapath. Press Ctrl+F12 to
open the configuration dialog box."
