Metadata Monitor Error

Starting 2 days ago, when I start my computer I receive
an error that says "Metadata Monitor has encountered an
error and will now close." I havent noticed any problems
with my system, so I have no idea what is happening. What
is this and how do I fix it?
 
Perhaps somthing amiss in the Creative Labs sound files?

C:\Program Files\Creative\Shared Files\Media Sniffer\MtdAcq.exe
