META Tag

Is the following META Tag OK? <META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="the angry, the
angry rock band, rock 'n' roll, music, ohio, silvertones, oldies, band"
name=keywords>

<shrug> yeah. But it won't help anything for you, since keyword meta tags
are ignored by most (all?) of the more important SEs.

Thanks. I did a quick "Google" and your opinion seems to be the majorities.
I eliminated the useless META tags from my sites. Again, thanks! Ken

Bear in mind that if you do not have those keywords used prominantly on your
site, then your search engine ranking will not be good. It seems that
instead of taking your word for the keyword content, the SEs now build their
own keyword list based on your content (who would have thought? 8))....

you don't need "name=keywords" twice.....

You have it as NAME="Keywords" just after "<META" and
also following the word "band"
