Hi,
I was having sign in problems with MSG and Jonathan told me to type in
%appdata%\microsoft in the run window, delete MSN MESS and log back in, this
is not fixing the problem, I sign in the window opens then turns white and
freezes and then doesnt respond. It is MAKING ME CRAZY!! ANy other
suggestions?

It sounds like messenger didn't uninstall properly, try uninstalling and
reinstalling it again. Sometimes restarting the computer after uninstalling
helps.
