Messenger & Zonealarm Problems

Does anyone know how to use Windows XP Windows Messenger 4.7
Video/Webcam function with Zonealarm?

I can't send video with Zonealarm Pro Version 4 running. Without it I
can, but after spending money on Zonealarm, I am hoping there is a
workaround to allow video in Messenger to work with Zonealarm
 
Lower the Internet Zone Security to Medium before you use Audio/Video and
after you connect you can set it back to high.
