I get this message more than 10 times a minute.
I am running Windows XP Prof. with all updates from site except SP2.

These messages come from the Messenger Service in Windows, which is not to be
confused with the popular Instant Messaging program windows Messenger. The
Messenger Service is designed for sending messages between computers on a LAN.

If you're seeing these messages from unknown people, your computer is apparently
connected to the Internet without any firewall or router protecting it. This is
