messenger service bulletin

Colleen

While enjoying a game of cards on yahoo, I rec'd what may
be a 'spoof' messenger service notice directing me to
connect to 'www.windowspatch.info" to download the latest
security patch. Bulletin # is listed as MS03-043
(legitimate October 2003 bulletin#) - message says "buffer
overrun in Messenger Service could allow code execution
(828035) - also legitimate according to microsoft website.
However, the place this message tells me to connect to is
NOT listed on the microsoft site as the place to get this
patch... is this truly a spoof?
Thanks in advance - please direct all replies to me at:
