Does anybody here know how to stop the messenger window
from popping up?
I went to messenger support and only got ran around a
bunch of ads for it, couldn't even find the real 'contact
us' link... just got ran around to other links.
These ads for stopping the popups are the ONLY popups I
get. I will not PAY to stop something I don't want and
should just be able to turn off.
I find no option anywhere in Win 2000 to disable the
messenger service.
The messenger website siad to go to the control panel and
do a remove programs... I find no MS Messenger in that
list.
