I have tried to uninstall this but my computer will not do it. Why? How do
I get rid of it as I want to download the old messenger 7.5.
I have already system restored to a date prior to installation but this has
not worked. HELP

Try using my ZapMessenger utility:

And then after that, try installing 7.0 (note that 7.5 is blocked from signing in, so you'll
need to use 7.0).
