Messenger for SIP using SIP-aware ADSL router

I am using MSN messenger 6.1 for .NET contacts. I want to
use Windows messenger 4.7 (

After installing Window Messenger 5 I could not see or
talk to contacts. This is the result of installing WM5. I
want to revert back to WM4.7 so I can use my SIP-aware
ADSL router. PLEASE can you give me instructions.

Microsoft still have it available, as picked up by a Google search

I'm not sure what will happen if you downgrade though, as generally this is
not a good thing to do on any software.
