messenger and level3.net?

I have noticed lately that when i do a netstat while messenger 6.1 is
running i see the following connection:
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
PID
TCP zoidberg:3078 unknown.Level3.net:http CLOSE_WAIT
2320

when i add the PID collum to task manager i see that 2320 is
messenger.

i can't find anything about it...does level3 provide network services
for messenger?

I wonder if it has anything to do with it?

I am running MSN Messenger 6.1 and I don't have Level3.net listed in my
netstat report. BTW nice computer name, zoidberg, love that show.
