messenger 6.2 problems?

I tried to re-install 6.2 on my desktop, but I keep
receiving the error message
Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll,type="win.32"
version="5.2.3.3",publicKeyTocken="6595b64144ccf1df",
processorArchitecture="x86"'. HRESULT:0x80070002. It
then shows error code "1603." I downloaded 6.2 onto my
laptop, and it installed fine though. I emailed the
service people at msn, but they haven't been to
forthcmoing. Do you know what's going on with 6.2?

I have had the same error message since dec 17, and also had no luck with
people from msn, have sent 2 emails in the last week and nothing back, so
much for 24hour response time.
