The message shows up when I try to install Messenger 7.0
It says to refer help and support but i can't find anything.

An error occurred during the installation of assembly
'Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll,type="win32",version="5.2.3.3",publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df",processorArchitecture="x86"'.

Greetings Bob,

Do you have AdWatch (part of Adaware) or any other application which monitors things which
are installing? If so, disable them and then try installing.
