Messenger 6.1 auto sign off - annoying

Hi,

my MSN Messenger keeps signing me off all the time. I
uninstalled 4.7. I have XP Pro SP1. Dunno what to do
and it's really driving me crazy. Especially annoying when
I am in the middle of a chat. What can I do, so that
Messenger doesn't keep signing me off? Only msnmsgr.exe is
running....

Got the same problem

i got Windows XP
i am connected to the internet through a router..
uninstalled windows messenger
it auto disconnects after about 30 secs, very annoying!

any ideas anyone?
