When typing myy emails, there are "dots" between every word where the spaces
are and other marks at the beginning and end of sentences. These marks don't
show up at the receipient. Just when I am composing the texts. How do I get
it back to normal???

Check your settings in Word, which you are obviously using as your default
editor in Outlook. Tools menu > Options > View tab > Formatting marks
