Messages STuck in OUTBOX

Sometimes messages get stuck in OutBox -- under a heading "no date" -- anyone
have any idea how to correct this?

Thank you, so much. Unfortunately, none of these seem to be working. I
think this problem might be caused by a faulty email address in the "to"
field...even though it's not asking me for a new address.

On the other hand, I've checked a number of message boards and seen that I'm
not alone with this problem.
