Check and see if you have the correct addresses for your internet mail
account. Are you using a POP3 account? If so make sure your MAIL and SMTP
are correct.
this has been happening to me for the last few days. here's what worked for
me. Put Outlook in Offline mode. Then try to delete the message(s) from the
Outbox and close Outlook. Open Outlook again and put it back online. this
worked for me (so far).
