Messages not sending

Middlegate

A lot of my messgae aren't sending out, they're sitting in the outbox. This
applies to people I've emailed previously and new addresses. Occasionally one
or two go straight through.
The inbox is also very slow to update, have to keep closing and re-opening
outlook.
