Messages Not Posting

I posted several replies this morning. Is there any reason they shouldn't
post? They were sent 5:54, 6:14, and 6:56 am this morning.

Norton didn't stop it, Norton just found it. Now you need to visit the
Norton web site and down load the removal tool for the particular virus you
were infected with. The virus is slowing down your computer. Act promptly.
As for the spy ware, the guy who charged fifty dollars to remove it,
probably used the "Spybot Search & Destroy" tool which can be obtained for
free from:

Stay in touch with this news group so that you can be helped with this
problem as you proceed.

u probably have spyware installed on your computer i had
the same problem and it cost me $50 to have guy remove it
all

find how to accomplish the activity you need.

How do I change the alternatives that appears in the
dialouge box when I load a CD? I want to have the option
to use my burning-program.

Many people though find that bad too, opening things without meaning to.
And especially when all the advice that such a user would get will
include things like 'click on X' when select is implied

Thanks for responding to my post. I'm still reeling from a
major recovery of my system from a virus infection. Got
lost in time with delusions of my messages disappearing.
My rubber band must have snapped. Thanks again.

me where you were seeing them. I found them once I went

Click Edit, Find, Message, type user name in From box, Find Now.

Added note - Since you are using the CDO interface you can't do this. I
suggest you use Outlook Express as your news reader, it will eliminate many
of the problems you have using the CDO interface.
