Messages get stuck

I am using Outlook 2007. I receive e-mail fine, messages cannot be sent. My
provider; Comcast says they do not support Outlook. I have reconfigured my
settings several times with no luck. Any suggestions?

in the "more settings" under the advanced tab use 995 for incoming and 587
for out going. Also under "outgoing server" tab make sure the fisrt box "my
out going...." is checked
