messages disappearing

Every time I replies to an email, the original email is
permanently deleted from his inbox and disappears as soon
as the reply is sent, and it is deleted, not moved to the
deleted mail folder. All unreplied messages stays in the
inbox.

It most likely doesn't get deleted, just marked as read and you have the
"Unread Messages" view enabled. Click View>Current View>Messages or
View>Arrange By>Current View>Messages, depending on your version of Outlook
(which you decided wasn't important enough to include).
