Messages Disappear

Hello,

Outlook 2003.

I have an user, when a message is forwarded and they hit the <enter>
key(twice). The message disapppears. It is not in the sent or deleted items.

any ideas??

Hi Koz, One possibility is to check View, Arrange by, Current View, and make
sure that "Unread messages in this folder" is not checked. Annie
 
You also have to select Save forwarded messages in Tools, Options, email
options, Advanced email options.

I checked both suggestions and saving forwarded e-mail is enable and "unread
messages in this folder" is not checked.


I am trying think of where the any special functions are allowed in outlook
2003 where you put two enters in, and it either deletes it or sends it?

Did you ever get a solution for this problem? One of my users have the same
problem (Outlook 2003) and cannot figure it out. However, when he rebooted
his computer, it started working fine. Any thoughts?!
