First I check the messages on my ISP web site. Then I log out.
I open OE (Vista Home Premium) and click on 'Send/Receive - it shows the
number of emails downloading from the ISP site. OE then deletes one or two
messages. I do not have any blocks as I perform that function on my ISP
site. I noticed several people posted this same problem, but there are no
answers available. Can someone please help.

If OE is deleting them you either have Blocked Senders of Message Rules
deleting them. If course it could also be a third-party program scanning
your email and deleting some.

Outlook Express won't run under Vista. Are you sure you're not confusing it
with Windows Mail, the email/newsreader program that comes with Vista?

If you have checked the Junk E-mail and Deleted Items folders
in Windows Mail (not "OE"), and the missing emails aren't there,
then some third party security program may be interfering.
