I get this message: Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Wear are sorry for the inconvenience. If I send a report my interent explorer cancels itself and I have no internet page. If I do not send a report it does the same thing. If I send a report and do not end it I can view the internet. How can I fix this problem it is driving me nuts I have spent all day trying to solve this problem. The people where I bought the computer do not know what to do.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
