Message wont leave outbox and cant delete it

I have a message in my OUTBOX that just sits there and wont let me move it or
delete it...I get the message "unkonon error hass occured....thanks for the
help...

If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any won't move or can't be deleted,
apply this Microsoft fix:
