message undeliverable and virus in your email

can anyone help or advise me? help, help help

1 I am getting large volumes of message undeliverable in
relation to emails sent but i have never sent the relevent
email address any emails, Iv never heard of them?

2 I keep getting emails telling me tha NAV found a sobigF
virus in an attachment I sent in an email and stated file
your_details.pif. My computer does not have any pif files
in the system, and I have not sent emails to the sender.
searches in files and norton antivirus reveal no virus
present on my system. does anyone know what is happening?

I am using windows 2000 professional and its a fat32
system of files whatever that means I formerly had windows
xp pro.

I recieved an alleged virus via aol email called
verifier.class which i delted from quarantine but it is
not listed in symantecs list or viruses, worms or trojans
has any one any advice. you can email me at

Someone who has your email address in their address book has the sobigF
virus and your email address is being used as the return address. This is
why NAV on protected systems is sending you the warning e-mails.
