I am the administrator for my home PC using XP home
edition. Now I get a message when I am in Explore 6,
tools, internet options - "This operation has been
cancelled due to the retrictions in effect on this
computer. Contact your system administrator." I am not
aware of any change that I made, therefore I don't know
how to "undo" it. Other users are also listed as
administrators, could they have accidently done
something? They do not get the same message when logged
on.

This is often caused by the Spybot innoculate feature. Run Spybot and
check your IE innoculation settings.
