I tried to send an email through my outlook, that was too large for the
hotmail server. Now it keeps trying to send the email eventhough it always
comes back saying that it was too large for the hotmail server. I cannot
send or receive anything because this email is still in que to be sent and I
can't figure out how to delete it. I could care less if it gets sent or not
now, I just want to be able to use outlook again. Please help if you have
any ideas.

send anything because the one message is still in my outbox. How do I get rid
of it?

I tried all 4 methods on that page and none worked. When I tried the
mdbvu32.exe, I did everything just as the directions said to on the page
linked, but when I am supposed to delete the message, I click ok to delete
it, and then it just sends me back to the previous screen, and the message is
still there. I have done everything word for word in the instructions, but
it doesn't work. Is there any other way?

Did you also try going Off Line with Outlook and then try deleting it.

At least 2 methods are guaranteed to work (method 4 and the one suggesting
to create a new pst-file).

Before starting mdbvu32.exe verify that the outlook.exe process actually
quits. Most likely you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook
that keeps an additional lock. For future reference I would recommend
disable this integration as it doesn't add an additional layer of security
anyway.
