message sending problem

One of my written messages stays in the sending box. I can't send it, can't
delete it, can't transfer it. I can't send anything now.
There is shown an "unknown problem" sign.

Any solution?

If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

Vista's SP1 also includes this fix.
