Message Rules

I have used message rules to forward email from different email accounts to
separate inboxes for each account. Has anyone had any experience devising a
message rule for forwarding a copy of a sent message to a secondary sent
folder?

None that will work automatically.
 
Can Windows Live Mail be used with existing email accounts and address? Or
an it only be used through a Yahoo account?

If you upgrade to Windows Live Mail, each account will have its own
'Sent Items' folder.

WLM can be used with any POP and/or IMAP account (and even YPOPS yahoo until
you get discovered.)
