message re: missing vbaen.32.olb

upgraded to new computer w/xp from W98. Copied excel 97
files from the old machine to the new one (don't have
original office 97 disks). When calling on the excel
program on the new computer, get a message "missing
vbaen.32.olb reinstall ....." when I close that message
the worksheet comes up and all works fine. Where do I
find vaebn.32.olb to install so I don't get that message?

vbaen.32.olb is the library from the Analysis Toolpak Add-in, which,
AFAIK, is only available on install disks.
