Message Queuing Not Installed

I keep getting an error message that "Message Queuing has not been installed"
I am running Window XP Home Edition. Is message Queuing available for the
Home Edition or must I upgrade to Profession to get this feature?? Any work
arounds?

Put your XP CD in the drive
START | CONTROL PANEL | ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS | WINDOWS COMPONENTS & tick the
message queuing in there
