I have a multyprocess application and a message que client installed in my
stand alone Workgroup PC(actually working in the Internet).
I want to use message que to communicate between the processeces.
Do I have to install also a message que server?

You do not have to install a server, no. Simply installing Microsoft Message
Queueing will give you the ability to do what you need.
