message "It is busy"

I unplugged my PC and modem because there was a storm
coming. After it pasted I plugged every thing back in and
now I get the message. That "It is busy or another devise
is using it" and I cannot get on line.
 
Don't know what you really did but this has all the symtoms of being wired
wrong. Check where you unplugged and replugged.
