Message Format Distorts in Other Mail Programs

When I create a text message in Outlook, the program creates this in a wide
screen on almost the full width of the screen. However, when the message is
later viewed in a regular web-Mail program (eg Yahoo Mail), the text comes in
badly distorted form: split into alternating full and half lines, and blank
lines inserted at several places (possibly where an <Enter> tab was used).

The Yahoo program uses only a part of the screen to show the mail contents.

How do I eliminate this problem? Thank you.

What mail format are you using: plain text, rich text, or HTML?

I am using Rich Text. I think the problem has occured whenever I used the
other formats as well.

Rich Text Format can only be read properly by Outlook. Switch your
message format to either plain text or HTML.
