Hi,
I understand that you are unable to install Service Pack 4. The system
displays error.
This behavior may occur if the computer has a modified version of the
Ntoskrnl.exe file that uses the /KERNEL switch in the Boot.ini file. This
condition may exist because your computer has a third-party program such as
Resource Hacker, BootXP or
Winblind.
1. Restore the original ntoskrnl file
2. Remove the /kernel switch
Hope it resolves the issue after restoring the original file.

This is the message error:

I try to find some information about this error massage,
but i did not find any, so i will like to some one help me
with this.
