Hi hope someone can help. Until recently when we have looked at our emails,
they were displayed as 'sender' 'title' 'date'. Now they display is 'sender'
'title including the first few lines of the message' and 'date', which takes
up a large amount of space. Can you please advise me how to get the original
display back again.

Turn autopreview off. View > Autopreview. That should do the trick. Post back!
