Message delete

I've tried to delete the message in my outbox by using the same advice that
everyone else has been given. I still cannot delete the message, since I
cannot delete the message, I cannot send any e-mails. Any other ideas on
how to delete a message sitting in my outbox?
 
You can start by explaining in what manner WMUtil did not work for you.

I've had the same problem but contacted Microsoft Support who supplied me
with a fix which worked with no problem
