Yes, time stamp problems are normally an ISP issue or an issue with a
corporate mail server if receiving mail through them. It is almost never an
Outlook problem as Outlook does not issue time stamps except for Received
times.

||| Over the last 48-hours or so, my outlook is showing incorrect time
