MESSAGE BOX DISAPPEARS OR GOES BLACK

AFTER I HAVE BEEN USING MY EMAIL FEATURES SENDING OR MOVING TO OTHER FOLDERS
ETC. AND I DOUBLE CLICK TO TRY TO OPEN AN EXISTING EMAIL ONLY TO OUTER FRAME
OF THE EMAIL CAN BE VIEWED. IF I TRY TO FULLY OPEN THE EMAIL (USING THE BOX
IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER) THE INSIDE BOX TURNS BLACK AND SHOWS ONLY THE
FRAME.
I HAVE TO SHUT THE COMPUTER DOWN, NOT JUST REOPEN THE MAIL, AND THEN IT WILL
WORK FINE AGAIN FOR AWHILE.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

First of all, when posting messages on this forum, do not type in all CAPS.
By convention, that is considered equivalent to a rude form of shouting.

As to your problem, it sounds like you are running a non-compatible
antivirus program. Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
and Norton security programs. Those will need to be uninstalled, not
just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
