Message Body Appears Blank

I have created a form in Outlook 2002 of an e-mail that I send out on a
regular basis. I am able to send the email & the receipent can read it, but
when I go to view the email in my Sent folder, the message body is blank.
Is there a fix for this??

Make sure that you send the message using the TNEF wrapper. This is
controlled by checking the box, in the email address properties of the
recipient's contact item, that say "always send to this recipient in rtf".

Where can I find this check box? I have looked all over & cannot find this
"always send to this recipient in rtf"?

Sigh.

You open the contact item of the person you will be sending the message to.
CONTACT item, not a message item. Then you select the email address you will
be using, right-click it, choose properties, and there, before your very
eyes, is the properties panel for the email address. At the bottom of the
panel, there resides the checkbox.

In Outlook 2002, and 2003, it is not a check box. Instead, it is a dropdown
list labeled Internet Format, which is an improvement. One of the choices of
this ddlist is rtf format.
