Message Board

I would like to put up a message board on my site. Does anyone know of one
that would work well on a site that has Front Page extentions (it's FP2002)?

I tried downloading one from http://www.phpbb.com/ but when I went to
install it, my laptop couldn't find a program to open it.

You downloaded a PHP based forum, which requires that you have PHP support
and know how to work with PHP files.

First you need to determine what your host supports, such as PHP, ASP, etc.
then you can search for a forum based on that script language, then you have
to learn to work with the scripting language.
