message before logon

is it possable to have a message box apper before the cnt-
alt-del prompt to display a security message. I would like
te box to have an "OK" button when pressed call the login
box.

any help would be great.

You can configure the appropriate security policy to have a text message displayed.
That can be configured in security settings/local policies/security options --

That is basically correct, except that such a message is displayed AFTER
Ctrl+Alt+Delete (CAD). The only way I can imagine to display anything
before CAD is through a machine startup script.
