merging two domains in one forest

Hie,
I've got two separates w2k domains.
I want to make a forest with this two domains.
How ca
 
This means that you have two forests. You will have to create one new domain
in one forest and move objects from the domain you want to join to the
forest using ADMT tool

You can't just merge two domains.

I agree but used ADMTv2 from the Windows 2003 CD (or beta
CD). It allows for password migration.
 
this is possible by upgrading to a Windows 2003 native forest, which includes
a forest restructuration tool (merging, splitting, renaming, etc.)

does each forest has an exchange organization ?
